Tortilla Roll-Ups

1 package of large flour tortillas
3 (8oz..) packages of cream cheese
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 TBS picante sauce or salsa (or more)
10 green onions, sliced thin (include the green tops)
juice of one lime
4 seeded jalapenos, fresh or from a jar, chopped

Soften cream cheese and add remaining ingredients.  Spread several tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over a flour tortilla and roll up.  Wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap.  Repeat for remaining tortillas.  Chill for at least a few hours, if possible.  Slice into ½ inch to one inch slices.
