Lemon Chess Pie

4 large eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs.  Add sugar and mix well.  Add melted butter, lemon juice and finely grated rind.  Pour into pie shell.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 40 minutes.
