1 large (8 ounce)
cream cheese
1 small (8 ounce)
can of crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 cup of chopped
dates
2/3 cup of chopped
pecans
Apples
Soften cheese and add all ingredients except apples. Mix well with a spatula. Allow
cheese mixture to chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Stir gently before serving on sliced apples.
